Position Overview
We are seeking a State Clinical Director (BCBA) to support and grow our services across Utah. This is a hybrid role, combining in-home supervision with remote flexibility for administrative responsibilities.
This position involves working with clients across multiple regions, and is ideal for a BCBA who is flexible and interested in leadership within a growing organization.
Compensation & Structure

Base Salary: $90,000 – $100,000

Total Compensation: Up to $110,000+ (with performance bonuses)

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Caseload: 8–10 clients

Billable Expectation: ~25 hours per week

Schedule: Monday–Friday (No weekends)
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and support in-home ABA services across assigned regions

Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff

Develop and manage individualized treatment plans

Provide parent training and maintain strong family relationships

Ensure compliance with all clinical and ethical standards

Contribute to building clinical systems and supporting growth
Qualifications

Active BCBA certification
-
Utah LBA (required)

Strong clinical and supervisory experience

Excellent communication and leadership skills
