Position Overview
We are seeking a State Clinical Director (BCBA) to support and grow our services across Utah. This is a hybrid role, combining in-home supervision with remote flexibility for administrative responsibilities.

This position involves working with clients across multiple regions, and is ideal for a BCBA who is flexible and interested in leadership within a growing organization.

Compensation & Structure

• Base Salary: $90,000 – $100,000

• Total Compensation: Up to $110,000+ (with performance bonuses)

• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Caseload: 8–10 clients

• Billable Expectation: ~25 hours per week

• Schedule: Monday–Friday (No weekends)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support in-home ABA services across assigned regions

• Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff

• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans

• Provide parent training and maintain strong family relationships

• Ensure compliance with all clinical and ethical standards

• Contribute to building clinical systems and supporting growth

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification

• Utah LBA (required)

• Strong clinical and supervisory experience

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
