Law firm in Rockville is seeking a Client Intake Coordinator to join our team! This position is hybrid and requires residence in Maryland, DC, or Virginia.

Job duties include, but are not limited to, reviewing legal documents, researching case law and medical literature, writing case summaries, and talking to prospective clients at length about their case and potential representation. You must be a self-starter with strong writing and analytical skills who excels at time management and can be trusted to stay on top of deadlines without constant oversight. A desire to help people is a must, as our firm practices in a small area of law dedicated to helping an underserved population.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to multitask, and have an overall positive attitude that can withstand challenging interactions with potential clients. You also must have the confidence to take on a fast-paced job with a huge learning curve and not be discouraged when you don’t get it right the first time. You would be working with a small team and reporting to one supervisor.

This is MUCH more than an administrative position and therefore, a four-year bachelor’s degree is required. No legal background is necessary. Fluency in Spanish is helpful. There is ample room for growth for the right person.

While this job is mostly a remote work from home role, we require staff to reside in MD/DC/VA and come into the Rockville office once a month for meetings.

Starting compensation is $55-$65k/year depending on experience. The firm offers medical/dental/vision benefits; matching 401k; and performance-based bonuses.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
