Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Fayetteville, NC clinic team.

This is a full-time, salaried position offering a guaranteed base salary with additional monthly bonus potential based on performance. Total earning potential ranges from $85,000 – $105,000 annually.

This role is primarily clinic-based, with the opportunity to support clients in home and community settings as needed.

You will be supported by a dedicated clinic team, including an Office Manager, Intake Specialists, and a Billing team—allowing you to focus on clinical care, supervision, and client outcomes.

This is a full-time position that requires reasonable flexibility in work hours to meet client, clinical, and operational needs. Schedules are generally aligned with clinic operations, with occasional adjustments as necessary to ensure continuity of care, regulatory compliance, staff support, and operational effectiveness.

What You’ll Do

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide clinical oversight for clients receiving ABA services
Supervise and support Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Monitor client progress and make data-driven programming adjustments
Collaborate with families and caregivers
Ensure ethical, high-quality ABA service delivery
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Requirements

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Eligible for North Carolina licensure
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field required
Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
