Hospice Social Worker

NOTE: THIS POSITION IS PAID PER VISIT

We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health, crisis management, child and family counseling, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities
- Provide counseling and support services to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Implement interventions to address behavioral issues
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques in therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records through data collection

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder is preferred
- Knowledge of special education practices and principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care

Job Types: Part-time, Per diem

Pay: $40.00 - $80.00 per hour
