Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-min meal break)

$66/hour | $99/hour OT
Weekly Gross: $2,376
Full-Time or Part-Time Available

Position Overview

Seeking a licensed BCBA to support students (Grades K–12) with high levels of Autism at The Discovery School, a separate school program. Primary assignment will be at Discovery School with minimal district travel if needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs
• Provide direct and consultative ABA services
• Collect/analyze behavioral data
• Support IEP development
• Train and collaborate with teachers and support staff
• Ensure compliance with IDEA guidelines

Required Credentials (North Carolina)

• Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Active license through the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder

Must pass background check and fingerprinting.

Pay: $66.00 per hour
