About the Role
At Pediatric Speech Lab, we believe great clinicians deserve great balance. We’re looking for a Hybrid BCBA who’s passionate about helping children with ASD while enjoying the autonomy, flexibility, and support you deserve.
You’ll:
- Supervise amazing RBTs
- Conduct evaluations and design treatment plans
- Facilitate family training and help kids grow
- Collaborate with a team that’s as inclusive as it is inspiring
Your Day Might Include
- Meeting new families and conducting intakes
- Leading parent trainings that spark “aha!” moments
- Mentoring your RBT team to greatness
- Balancing telehealth sessions (no burnout here!)

What You’ll Need
- Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- BCBA Certification from the BACB
- Maryland license (or willingness to get one)
