Now Hiring: Supportive Housing Case Manager
Pay: Starting at $19.23/hr. or $40,000.00 annualized. (More for relative experience and education above what is required.)

Job Type: Full-Time / Non-Exempt

Do you believe everyone deserves a safe place to call home? Join IMPOWER and help young adults experiencing homelessness build brighter futures through housing, support, and services. As a Supportive Housing Case Manager, you’ll be the go-to partner for up to 15–22 youth in our Rapid Rehousing & Permanent Supportive Housing programs.

What You’ll Do

  • Walk alongside young adults as they navigate housing and life goals.
  • Use Housing First, Trauma-Informed Care & Motivational Interviewing to guide your work.
  • Partner with youth to complete required assessments as part of program procedures.
  • Assist with housing placements, move-ins, and landlord, utilities and other provider relationships.
  • Provide strength-based, flexible, and hands-on support (yes, sometimes literally helping with move-in boxes!).
  • Develop housing stability plans based on identified goals related to obtaining or maintaining housing, income, or other service needs.
  • Conduct bi-monthly home visits and weekly communication with participants to review progress, coordinate services, assist with goals or divert any crisis.
  • Keep up with case notes and program requirements in our HMIS system with accurate and detailed case notes.
  • Connect youth with community resources for jobs, training, education, mental health, substance misuse treatment and more.

What You’ll Bring

  • Associate’s degree in social services (bachelor’s preferred).
  • Two years of case management experience (bonus points if you’ve worked with youth).
  • Valid FL driver’s license, auto insurance, a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
  • Pass a Level II background and pre-employment drug screen.
  • A passion for helping young people create stability and independence.
