About Lucentra Care

Lucentra Care is a Maryland-based ABA organization delivering ethical, evidence-based services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We are launching home-based ABA services and are already organizationally credentialed with Maryland Medicaid (Carelon) and major commercial insurers- meaning we can add you to payer rosters quickly, typically within 1–3 weeks for Medicaid.

About This Role

We are looking for a BCBA with an active Maryland LBA to join our team in a part-time clinical supervision role. This role begins at 10–15 hours per week as we onboard our first clients. As Lucentra Care grows, so does this opportunity. We are building a clinical team for the long term and are looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

This role is ideal for a BCBA who:

  • Has a primary position and wants meaningful part-time work
  • Is early in career and wants real supervisory experience
  • Enjoys a flexible, collaborative startup environment
  • Wants clinical impact without administrative director responsibilities

  • Conduct telehealth supervision meetings with RBTs
  • Provide parent training via telehealth (97156)
  • Protocol modification and treatment plan updates (97155)
  • Brief weekly check-ins with leadership

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing (required)
  • Active Maryland LBA-this is a firm requirement, no exceptions
  • Located in Maryland, DC, or Northern Virginia, must be able to travel to client homes
  • Reliable personal transportation (mileage reimbursed at IRS rate)
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical ABA experience
  • Experience working with or supervising RBTs
  • Comfortable with telehealth supervision platforms
  • Strong documentation habits
  • Knowledge of Medicaid/Carelon billing requirements a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus but not required

What We Offer

  • $55–$68/hour depending on experience
  • Mileage reimbursement at IRS standard rate
  • Flexible scheduling around your existing commitments
  • Small initial caseload, 1 to 3 clients to start
  • Fast payer onboarding, credentialing already in place
  • CE reimbursement support
  • Transparent, respectful leadership team

Pay: $55.00 - $68.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week

Benefits:

  • Continuing education credits
  • Flexible schedule
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Professional development assistance
