Overview:
RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy in LaGrange, IL is seeking a driven and energetic BCBA to join our multidisciplinary team. We are a multidisciplinary outpatient center providing ABA services along with PT,OT and SLP. We are seeking a BCBA to join our team to provide ethical, quality ABA care for our pediatric patients. RUSH Kids offer opportunities for growth and mentorship within the field of ABA. Our BCBAs design and oversee programs for children with autism served by RUSH Kids. In this position, the BCBA will supervise Behavior Technicians, complete assessments, and collaborate with families and other therapists, among other responsibilities. Schedule: Full Time
Compensation: 78,000-$85,000 annually, based on years of experience

Masters Degree in ABA and board certification required.

Responsibilities:
Set a High Standard of Care:
- Complete and maintain required trainings and maintain compliance with government regulations
- Maintain ongoing documentation with clearly stated goals, progress and medical necessity
- Review and adhere to policies & procedures manual
Personalized Treatment:
- Create behavior intervention plans based off functional behavioral assessments and define and track behavior in observable and measurable terms
- Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients
- Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
