BC-ABAs are those behavior consultants who manage client cases with Morris Behavior Coaching! They work both in a supervisory capacity and a direct-service capacity with our clients, and design medically-necessary behavioral intervention under the supervision of a clinical manager. They are also responsible for direction and supervision of BHT-ABAs. Our BC-ABAs work from their home and in client’s homes, schools, and in the greater community and they maintain quarterly records of their client’s progress, as well as complete assessments, treatment plans, and caregiver coaching.
BC-ABAs work directly with our clients as well as in a supervisory capacity, and design and provide medically-necessary behavioral intervention. Our BC-ABAs work in homes, schools, in the greater community, and from home and maintain records of their client’s treatment and progress. This is a hybrid position, with about 70% of work in person and/or on location and about 30% of work from home.
Requirements:
Be at least 21 years of age
Have an active driver’s license
Have a personal vehicle or other reliable means of transportation
Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
PA LBS Certification
State and local clearances, as assigned
