HYBRID - LICSW - Independent Social Worker

Job Title: HYBRID - LICSW - Independent Social Worker
Location: Worcester, MA (One day in a week in the office)
Duration: 3-months contract​ (3-months extension)
Shift: 9 am - 2 pm and 5pm, (25 - 40 hours)

Responsibilities:

• The main focus of the role will be to supervise operations, complete and file reports, manage billing and insurance-related paperwork, and provide final sign-off.
• Assesses client and family to ascertain emotional and social problems. Utilizes psychosocial/SUD assessment tools as a guideline.
• Reports any and all suspected cases of abuse and neglect and follows up to ensure client receives timely comprehensive consultations and compliance with legal mandates.
• Identifies need to involve client's family through the initial assessment process.

Requirements:

• Must be a Independent Social Worker.
• 2 years of experience in substance abuse.

(Social Worker, Psychotherapist, LICSW, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC, Clinical Social Worker, Independent Clinical Social Worker, Independent Social Worker)
