Behavior Technicians

(CBT/RBT/Technician-in-Training)

In-Clinic Sessions | Snohomish, WA | Availability 9:00-6:00 PM
$19-25 hourly

Magnolia is growing thoughtfully and is looking to add select Behavior Technicians to our treatment team. This role is ideal for individuals who want meaningful, hands-on work with children while building strong applied behavior analysis skills under close BCBA supervision.

Whether you are new to the field or already hold a CBT or RBT credential, this position offers the opportunity to deepen your clinical skill, confidence, and professionalism in a supportive, well-structured environment.

The Role (In-Clinic Services)

As a Clinic-Based Behavior Technician at Magnolia, you will work one-on-one with children in a structured clinical setting to implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA. Sessions take place within the clinic and focus on skill acquisition, behavior support, and building functional independence in a consistent, well-supported environment.

You will run one-on-one sessions that include structured teaching, natural environment teaching, behavior reduction strategies, and data collection. The clinic setting allows for close collaboration with BCBAs and team members, real-time feedback, and continued refinement of clinical skills.

This role requires strong presence, clear communication, and the ability to build rapport with both children and caregivers while maintaining clinical boundaries. You will receive ongoing BCBA guidance, feedback, and support to ensure sessions are effective, ethical, and aligned with treatment goals.

Clinic-based work at Magnolia is designed for technicians who value structure, collaboration, and skill development. Technicians are supported, coached, and trusted to deliver high-quality care while growing their clinical competence over time.
