Registered Behavior Technician (RBT/BT): Bartlett

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Location: Bartlett (in-home)

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• Start Time: 3:45-4:15 PM
• End Time: Ideally 3-hour sessions
• Average 15 hours per week

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver individualized treatment plans and provide one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress, behavior, and responses.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to adjust intervention strategies as needed.
• Maintain a professional, compassionate, and ethical approach to all interactions.
• Foster a positive, engaging environment for clients to promote growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations (within 5-10 miles).
• Must pass a background check.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
