Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A dynamic opportunity is available for licensed School Psychologists to provide on-site support within a large, established school district in San Francisco, CA. This contract position runs from August 11, 2026, through June 2, 2027, requiring a commitment of 37.5 hours per week. The district values in-person collaboration and support, with openness to candidates willing to work a hybrid schedule of four days on-site and one day remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to support student learning and well-being.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement intervention strategies.
  • Provide counseling and guidance to students to address academic, emotional, and social challenges.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Valid licensure as a School Psychologist is required; counseling credentials do not meet the qualifications.
  • Experience working within school settings preferred.
  • Ability to work onsite in San Francisco, with consideration given to travel professionals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse student populations and staff.
