Role Description

This is a full-time, in-home and clinic role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Sacramento, CA. The BCBA will develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and provide ongoing training and support for clients and their families. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure progress and address behavioral challenges effectively. Additionally, the BCBA will provide guidance and mentorship to behavior technicians and other team members.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Experience in Behavior Management and implementing behavior intervention strategies
• Proficiency in Parent Education and collaboration to support family involvement in interventions
• Knowledge of Psychology principles related to behavioral science
• Active BCBA certification and familiarity with state and federal regulations
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Experience working with individuals across diverse age groups and abilities
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
