The role of the HPC Staff is to build a meaningful relationship and provide support to facilitate clients in purposeful and productive lives.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
· Assist clients in gaining social and vocational skills and ensure that each client feels like a community contributor.
· Monitors appearance of their home and personal environment according to standards.
· Follow the schedule while positively engaging client with meaningful activities.
· Knows clients, ISPs, interests, issues and dreams and ensures that schedules and documentation reflect clients’ needs.
· Reports needs as observed and informs residential manager of ideas and/or concerns.
· Develops meaningful relationships with clients and reports praises and/or concerns to residential manager.
· Transport client for morning, evening, or daily scheduled activities.
· Has acute awareness of DD rules and reports incidents to residential manager accordingly.
· All other duties as presented.
· Additional Responisibilities
· Must attend Mandatory Quarterly Training Classes- provided by Downsize Farm
· Must maintain updated First Aid/CPR training and provide HR a copy
· Must maintain Med Admin Certification, if applicable and provide HR a copy
· Provide HR Manager with copy of updated Drivers ID, as applicable
· Provide HR Manager with copy of updated Private Auto Insurance, as applicable
Qualifications for The Job
o High School diploma
o Meets eligibility and certification standards of DODD for Adult Services Employment.
o Valid drivers’ license with 6 points or less on driving record.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
