Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will utilize evidence-based behavioral therapies, including applied behavior analysis (ABA), under the direction of the Clinical Team to support clients’ growth and development. Your expertise will help guide assessments and implement interventions that foster positive behavioral change. This position offers an engaging environment where your dedication and skills directly contribute to improving individual outcomes and enhancing quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Implement behavioral therapy strategies designed to improve communication, social skills, daily living skills, and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and inform ongoing treatment adjustments.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistent implementation of interventions across settings.
  • Participate in team meetings to review case progress, share insights, and refine intervention strategies.
  • Support individuals during therapeutic activities with patience, empathy, and professionalism while fostering a positive environment for growth.
  • Stay current with best practices in behavioral health, special education, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and related fields through ongoing training.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
  • Demonstrated experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
  • Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting to track client progress effectively.
  • Ability to perform individual assessments and diagnostic evaluations with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including families and healthcare providers.
  • Compassionate approach to care combined with patience and professionalism in challenging situations.
