ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) is looking for 2 experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team! • Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respoect for clients.
• Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for Registered Behavior technicians.
• Continue with professional development.
  
  
  

• Pay Range: $22 - $32/hour
• Part-Time #1: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM and weekends (10 AM - 5 PM on Sunday preferred but flexible)
• Part Time #2: Monday to Friday 3:30 to 8:30 PM and Saturdays 9 AM - Noon

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
