- Deliver skills training, case management, and service coordination
- Teach essential life skills, social skills, and coping mechanisms to help clients manage emotional and behavioral challenges
- Implement crisis intervention strategies to reduce hospitalizations and provide early support
- Coordinate care by connecting clients with medical, educational, and social service resources
Program Operations
- Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery
- Report to leadership on program performance, compliance issues, and corrective actions
- Participate in audits, reviews, and surveys
