Behavior Technician for Autism – Part Time or Full Time | West Valley (Goodyear, Glendale, Surprise, Avondale)

Adventure ABA, LLC is hiring Behavior Technicians for Autism to support children and families across the West Valley, including Goodyear, Glendale, Surprise, Avondale, and surrounding communities.

This role offers the flexibility to choose what works best for you:

  • Part-Time: Primarily in-home or school sessions
  • Full-Time: Mix of in-home sessions and clinic-based support

No experience in ABA? No problem. With a high school diploma or equivalent, you'll receive supported Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training plus ongoing support from our clinical team to help you succeed.

Pay Range: $18–$28 per hour
Service Area: Goodyear, Glendale, Surprise, Avondale, and nearby West Valley areas
Schedule Options: Flexible part-time or full-time availability

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Behavior Technician, you'll work directly with children with autism, helping them build essential life skills through structured and play-based learning.

Depending on your schedule preference, your work may include in-home sessions and/or clinic support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing individualized therapy plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Engaging children in play-based and structured learning activities
  • Supporting development of communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Collecting session data to track progress
  • Encouraging independence and celebrating milestones

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for individuals who are reliable, compassionate, and eager to learn.

Requirements include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to sit on the floor and actively engage with children
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the West Valley area
