Job Title: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

We are seeking a licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join a growing, collaborative team of mental health professionals. This role focuses primarily on medication management (E/M visits) while supporting an established psychotherapy practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management visits
  • Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation
  • Respond to urgent or emergent patient needs
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
  • Follow clinical protocols and best practices
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Required:

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Advanced Practice Nursing
  • Active Michigan APRN license
  • Board Certification as a PMHNP
  • Prescriptive authority
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience with EMR systems

Preferred:

  • Prior psychiatric or clinical experience
