Outpatient Therapist (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) — Evening
Pay: $40/hr | Location: Colorado Springs, CO | Schedule: 2 days a week 8:00am-5:00pm, 3 days a week evening hours.
Change to Full time, hrs 2 days 8-5, 3 days evening hours.

Help patients build a life worth living beyond the hospital. As an Outpatient Therapist providing telehealth care, you deliver evidence‑based therapy that keeps momentum going —providing a calm, vigilant presence while others rest.
How You Will Make a Difference
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using CBT/DBT/trauma‑informed approaches.
- Complete intake/diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and measurable progress notes.
- Coordinate care with PCPs, schools, courts, and community supports as appropriate.
- Maintain a caseload with timely access and excellent patient experience.
- Ensure continuity of care overnight with vigilant observation and timely documentation.
- Manage after‑hours admissions and urgent needs; prepare a thorough handoff to the day team.
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree with state license (LPCC, LCSW, LISW, LMFT).
- Experience with SUD, co‑occurring, or severe mental illness preferred.
- Strong telehealth etiquette and documentation skills.
