Join our dynamic team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and become a vital catalyst in transforming lives through expert behavioral therapy. In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will guide families and caregivers, ensuring the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based interventions that foster meaningful progress. The BCBA will be responsible for assessments, treatment planning, supervision, and ensuring services meet Texas Medicaid requirements and best clinical practices.

This position offers flexibility and autonomy while being supported by a strong administrative team.

Exceptional Wellness ABA Therapy Services, LLC is a growing ABA program under Exceptional Wellness, dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based behavioral services to children and families. We are committed to clinical excellence, flexibility, and meaningful outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Functional Behavior Assessments)
  • Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Supervise and provide guidance to RBTs/BTs
  • Monitor client progress and update treatment plans
  • Ensure services meet medical necessity and payer requirements
  • Complete and review documentation in a timely manner
  • Provide parent training and support
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in case reviews
  • Maintain compliance with BCBA ethical guidelines and Texas Medicaid standards

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Current Texas licensure (LBA)
  • Active Medicaid TPI number (required)
  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Medicaid billing and documentation
  • Experience in in-home and/or clinic-based ABA services
  • Ability to work independently and manage caseload
