Position Summary
The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for creating an exceptional client experience by delivering a high level of customer service to Couture clients, prospective clients, and guests.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, prospective clients, and guests with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage front desk operations, including:
  • Answering phones and assisting callers with questions
  • Checking clients in and out of the system
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Processing new memberships, transfers, and cancellations
  • Provide tours to prospective clients
  • Participate in Couture med spa events as needed
  • Consult with clients to understand their goals and educate them on available treatment options (final recommendations are made by a Couture provider)
  • Update and maintain accurate client accounts
  • Assist providers during treatments
  • Take before-and-after photos of clients
  • Collect and review medical histories for completeness
  • Document client treatments and settings
  • Perform treatments using approved devices, in accordance with state regulations
  • Respond to client questions and concerns promptly and professionally; escalate issues when necessary
  • Provide administrative and clinical support to ensure efficient operations
  • Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness before, during, and after client visits
  • Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the spa
  • Properly dispose of contaminated supplies

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Esthetician or Medical Assistant experience preferred, but not required
  • Receptionist experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong customer service background
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Passion for the aesthetics industry
  • Positive, upbeat attitude
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to exceeding client expectations
  • Strong listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
  • Professionalism and diplomacy in all interactions
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Physical Demands

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Frequent verbal communication, both in person and on the phone
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Potential exposure to chemicals used in medical treatments

Compensation
This is a full-time position with a starting pay of $18 per hour.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
