In Home Regional BCBA - Raleigh

Looking for an in home BCBA role that offers clarity, balance, and meaningful family impact-without a complicated pay structure? We're seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our In Home ABA team serving families across Raleigh and the surrounding region.

This role is designed to support sustainable workloads, strong regional relationships, and a flexible hybrid model that still prioritizes face to face care.

Compensation & Structure

  • $110,000 annual salary
  • 25 billable hours per week minimum
  • In home clients are the priority and must be seen face to face
  • Remote clients (within the same region) may supplement to meet billables
  • Simple, transparent structure-built for sustainability, not confusion ________________________________________

What You'll Do

  • Provide high quality ABA services in clients' homes
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and support RBTs/BTs, including required in home supervision
  • Build strong, consistent relationships with families and care teams
  • Maintain timely, learner centered documentation ________________________________________

What We're Looking For

  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • North Carolina licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • Experience with in home ABA preferred (but not required)
  • Strong communication skills and a family centered mindset
  • Reliable transportation for local travel
