In Home Regional BCBA - Raleigh

Looking for an in home BCBA role that offers clarity, balance, and meaningful family impact-without a complicated pay structure? We're seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our In Home ABA team serving families across Raleigh and the surrounding region.

This role is designed to support sustainable workloads, strong regional relationships, and a flexible hybrid model that still prioritizes face to face care.

Compensation & Structure

$110,000 annual salary
25 billable hours per week minimum
In home clients are the priority and must be seen face to face
Remote clients (within the same region) may supplement to meet billables
Simple, transparent structure-built for sustainability, not confusion ________________________________________

What You'll Do

Provide high quality ABA services in clients' homes
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise and support RBTs/BTs, including required in home supervision
Build strong, consistent relationships with families and care teams
Maintain timely, learner centered documentation ________________________________________

What We're Looking For

Active BCBA certification (required)
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
North Carolina licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Experience with in home ABA preferred (but not required)
Strong communication skills and a family centered mindset
Reliable transportation for local travel
