Duties
- Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with appointment scheduling to optimize clinic flow
- Manage leads proactively in an efficient and professional manner.
- Meet and manage KPIs related to sales goals.
- Provide clear guidance in regards to treatment plans, and billing processes to patients
- Work with multiple financing companies to guide patients with potential financing options.
- Maintain accurate documentation using medical terminology and administrative support tools in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Answer phone calls promptly, address patient inquiries, and direct calls appropriately to ensure excellent communication
Experience
- Prior experience working in a medical or dental office setting is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures to effectively communicate with patients and staff
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional medical administrative support in a busy office environment
- Office experience demonstrating proficiency in scheduling software, electronic health records (EHR), or practice management systems
- Experience in plastic surgery office environment is a plus but not required; a willingness to learn is essential

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
