What You’ll Do

Conduct assessments & create individualized treatment plans
Provide caregiver training & family support
Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs
Analyze behavioral data to guide interventions
Collaborate with a supportive clinical team

What You Bring

Active BCBA certification & state licensure
Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
