Make a Real Difference, One Session at a Time

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician In-Home ABA Services

Carrolton, TX | Full-Time | $17–$25/hr M-F 1pm-7pm, Sat 9am-2pm, Optional Sunday 9am-2pm

This isn't just a job. It's the one you'll actually look forward to.

At Affirmative Parenting Solutions, you won't be floating between clients with no direction or support. You'll build a genuine relationship with one child and their family, show up consistently, and see the progress you're making session by session.

If you're a student, a career-changer, or someone with a second job who's been waiting for hours that actually work, this role was designed with you in mind.

What Your Schedule Looks Like

Weekday mornings/evenings consistent, reliable hours you can plan your life around. Optional weekend hours available if you want to grow your caseload. No surprise shift changes or last-minute scrambles.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work 1:1 with a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the comfort of their home, implementing programs built by a supervising BCBA. Day to day, that means running skill-building sessions focused on communication, play, social skills, and daily living, collecting session data and tracking real measurable progress, partnering with the BCBA and the family to make sure skills carry over into everyday life, and documenting sessions clearly and professionally.

What Makes This Role Different

✅ A BCBA who actually shows up for you, clear goals, regular coaching, and genuine clinical support ✅ Consistent 1:1 work. Not a revolving door of clients ✅ Paid from day one, including internship positions ✅ Room to grow whether you're pursuing RBT certification or building toward BCBA, we invest in your development

Who We're Looking For

You don't have to have years of experience, you have to care, show up, and be coachable.

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Reliable, professional, and a strong communicator
  • Comfortable working in a family's home

Preferred:

The Qualities That Thrive Here

  • You show up literally and emotionally
  • You believe structured teaching and genuine connection aren't opposites

How to Apply
