What You Will Be Doing

• Facilitating Workshops: Create and deliver workshops that leave students thinking, "I never knew I was capable of this!" You'll teach practical skills—from public speaking to entrepreneurship—that truly motivate.
• Conducting daily Motivation Sessions: Begin each day by helping students establish ambitious goals and cultivate the mindset to achieve them.
• Driving student achievement: Apply proven frameworks to ensure every student reaches challenging academic and personal milestones.
• Developing personalized motivational approaches: Collaborate with students to build reward systems and incentives that encourage intrinsic excellence.
  
  

• Conventional instruction: Leave behind chalkboards and lectures. Alpha students leverage advanced applications to master core content—you're there to mentor, motivate, and enhance their educational experience.

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
