Your Role:
- Monitor patient progress and intervene when needed to support their health and well-being.
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, assisting patients with scheduling, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Conduct patient assessments, educate them on self-care, and facilitate communication with care teams.
- Efficiently schedule appointments and optimize patient experience.
- Accurately document all patient interactions in a timely manner.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bilingual: Fluency in Spanish is required.
- Certification: Valid Certificate as a Medical Assistant.
- Experience: Proven working experience as a Medical Assistant.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software.
- Interpersonal: Excellent time management, multi-tasking abilities, and a strong service-oriented mindset.
