【Job Responsibilities】
Client Consultation：Provide professional consulting services on North American study abroad for students and their parents through phone calls, emails, WeChat, face-to-face interviews and other channels. Answer relevant questions such as study abroad planning, school selection and application requirements.
Needs Exploration：Deeply understand students' academic background, interests, strengths and study abroad goals, accurately match the company's relevant products, and formulate personalized study abroad consulting plans.
Client Follow-up：Follow up with potential clients, maintain client relationships, guide clients to complete the signing process, and cooperate with the subsequent application and planning team to carry out work.
Data Collation：Complete client consultation records and file demand information, update client follow-up status in a timely manner, and ensure the standardization and orderliness of the consultation process.
【We Are Looking For】
With more than 1 year of relevant work experience in study abroad consulting or education consulting; those familiar with North American universities and study abroad policies are preferred.
Possess solid professional knowledge of study abroad and be able to provide professional and comprehensive consulting suggestions to clients.
Have strong communication and expression skills, be patient and responsible, be good at listening to clients' needs, and have a good sense of customer service.
Have certain sales awareness, be able to take the initiative to follow up with clients and promote signing conversion.
Standard Mandarin Chinese proficiency and fluent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
