We’re looking for a Bilingual Processing Coordinator for an in-office role in Dallas, TX. Our ideal candidate is passionate about helping families access therapy services for their children, and thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Process incoming referrals and verify accuracy and client eligibility.
- Enter and maintain client information in KanTime, Processing Rosters & Referral Reports.
- Communicate with families regarding scheduling, availability, and service updates.
- Coordinate therapist staffing based on location and experience.
- Manage processing workflows required to initiate therapy services.
- Create certification forms and maintain electronic documentation.
- Request and track Medicaid initial authorizations and verify eligibility twice monthly.
- Manage client holds, discharges, and related electronic documentation.
- Support team goals and perform additional duties as assigned while complying with safety policies.
- Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of administrative experience
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide with simple two-digit numbers.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard.
