  • Produce clear, concise psychological evaluation reports with diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, speech/OT providers, and care coordinators within the Twinkle network.
  • Provide feedback sessions to families, explaining results and next steps in an accessible and supportive manner.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with payer guidelines.
  • Support care coordination by making appropriate referrals (e.g., ABA, speech therapy, occupational therapy, counseling, psychiatry).
  • Contribute to the development and growth of Twinkle’s autism and developmental services line.

Qualifications:

  • Active LPC, LCSW or LMFT license in Texas.
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Formal training and hands-on experience in psychological testing and assessment.
  • Strong report writing skills, especially for autism and developmental evaluations.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents.
  • Familiarity with Medicaid documentation standards and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience conducting autism evaluations using ADOS-2 and related tools.
  • Background in developmental pediatrics, child psychology, or school-based evaluations.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume, efficiency-driven testing schedule without compromising quality.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Flexible scheduling options.
  • Administrative and billing support.
