Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jacksonville, FL, for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). The RBT will work closely with children, implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities include conducting reinforcement-based interventions, collecting and recording data on clients' progress, and collaborating with families to ensure continuity of care across environments. The RBT will foster a supportive and positive therapeutic environment to promote the development of communication, social, and other essential life skills.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in implementing behavior intervention plans and providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) services
  • Strong data collection, analysis, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families, colleagues, and supervisors
  • Ability to positively engage with children while fostering an encouraging and supportive environment
  • RBT certification and compliance with professional and ethical standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus
  • CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain prior to employment
  • Flexibility, patience, and a passion for making a difference in children's lives
