LCSW Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Contract Clinical Supervisor (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) with a strong mental health background to lead and support clinical staff.

• Provide supervision for individual and group counseling sessions.
• Implement behavior management strategies to improve client outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
  
  

Requirements include a Master’s degree in a related field, valid independent clinical licensure, and experience in behavioral health. Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills are essential.
