SilverSwing ABA is looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst LBA (BCBA) to join our team! Board Certified Behavior Analyst LBA (BCBA) Compensation:

• Pay Range: $80,000-90,000

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
  
  
  

• Full-Time: At least 25 billable hours per week

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst GA LBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
