Overview
Alastar Family & Senior In-Home Care is seeking a dedicated,professional, energetic, Bilingual, Care Coordinator with experience to join our compassionate team. In this vital role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients and their families, coordinating personalized home care services that promote independence, safety, and well-being. Your ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English will ensure seamless support for diverse communities. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule caregivers based on client needs, preferences, and availability.
- Maintain daily communication with caregivers and clients to ensure satisfaction and coverage.
- Handle incoming calls and address staffing or attendance issues promptly.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the scheduling and tracking system (HHAeXchange experience required).
- Collaborate closely with Intake and Field staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service and act as a liaison between clients, caregivers, and management.
Experience
- Previous experience in Home Care staffing or scheduling (required).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software (HHAeXchange)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required, must read and write in Spanish.
- Positive, professional attitude and commitment to client care.
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
