Role Description

This is a full-time remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) role. The LCSW will provide individual and group therapy, develop treatment plans, conduct clinical assessments, and deliver counseling services. The role includes collaboration with other professionals to support clients’ care, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards in social work practice.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Work and Medical Social Work practices
• Experience in Case Management to coordinate and monitor comprehensive care for clients
• Knowledge in Mental Health and Behavioral Health, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Current LCSW licensure in the state of Illinois
• Experience working in culturally diverse communities is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
