Role Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Director and Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead our center-based ABA services in Macon, Georgia. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled clinician who values collaboration, innovation, and quality. In this role, you will oversee service delivery and center operations, ensuring the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the center, including overseeing a team of BCBAs and collaborating with the Operations Manager.
  • Supervise BCBA teams to ensure treatment plans align with best practices and meet individual client needs.
  • Conduct tours for prospective client families, showcasing our commitment to quality care.
  • Coach BCBAs on clinical and leadership skills, fostering professional growth.
  • Partner with parents and caregivers to ensure sustained client progress.
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Implement and oversee innovative ABA methods, including RFT, with guidance from the Clinical Excellence team.
