Marketing and Service Coordinator

THE ROLE

You will be the marketing engine for a growing small business. This is not a desk job, you will be in the field doing door to door outreach, reaching out to past and potential clients, managing our Google Business Profile, and building the lead generation systems we will scale from. You will report directly to the owner and have real ownership over results. If the numbers move, your role grows.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Conduct door to door outreach in residential neighborhoods using your own vehicle
• Reach out to existing and past clients to pitch our Annual Maintenance Program and book new appointments
• Manage and grow our Google Business Profile, posts, photos, review generation, and responses
• Build a prospect list of commercial property managers and building owners in Lane County
• Send outreach to commercial prospects via LinkedIn and email
• Track all activity and results weekly in a shared Google Sheet
• Deliver a brief Friday performance report to the owner with key numbers
• Support the setup and management of Google Local Service Ads in Month 2
• Post regularly to Facebook and Instagram to maintain social presence
• Occasionally do service jobs to assist with schedule

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
