Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Long Branch- Urgently Hiring!

Job Summary:

True Progress Therapy, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Long Branch, NJ. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. We are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative environment that fosters professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Collect and record data on client behavior using standardized assessment tools

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members

  • Collaborate with BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior reduction plans

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA

Requirements:

  • Must be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Bilingual in English and [insert second language]

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
