Position Overview
The Senior Admissions Counselor leads all admissions and call center sales operations, driving growth through strategic planning, performance management, and team leadership. This role combines strategy with hands-on operational oversight, serving as a key link between admissions, clinical teams, and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily admissions and call center operations
- Set and achieve admissions goals aligned with organizational growth
- Establish and monitor performance metrics and KPIs
- Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing admissions teams
- Ensure accurate lead tracking, reporting, and data integrity
- Collaborate with clinical leadership on bed availability and intake coordination
- 2+ years of call center leadership experience (behavioral healthcare preferred)
- Proven ability to manage admissions teams, metrics, and conversion performance
- Experience with Kipu and Zoho preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
