We are seeking someone who is hard-working, reliable, communicative, passionate, energetic, and ready to learn to fill a position within our company.

We proved ALL training and continuous supervision for ethical ABA services. We have behavior analysts (BCBAs) on site to ensure all supervision needs are met to ensure continuous training and growth for all. For anyone interested in pursuing a career in ABA the opportunity is open for fieldwork when pursuing certification for BCBA or BCaBA! Our director has over 7 years of experience in ABA and enjoys teaching, training, and sharing her passion with others! Come learn and grow your career with us!

Registered Behavior Technicians work 1:1 with the clients we serve and are the front lines responsible for carrying out an ABA treatment plan: this involves teaching our clients new language, play, social, daily living skills and more!

We are looking for someone passionate, creative, silly, hardworking, reliable, and takes pride in their job! Added Bonus: If ABA interests you as career, after you become a RBT, Lights on has a fieldwork supervision program for employees who choose to pursue certification as a BCBA or BCaBA! Skills needed for this job include multitasking, being proactive, problem solving abilities, someone able to take initiative, and works well in a team environment all while providing a joy filled environment for our learners!! We want an individual that uses their imagination and enjoys seeing the progress of our learners!

This is position starts with a training at our Beaumont office, as you progress through training you will grow to more hours following certification! We provide all relevant training and supervision needed to become RBT Certified. The starting pay is based on experience however we offer raise regularly based on competency and skills!

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older.

Must possess a high school diploma or GED.

Must be willing to submit to a federal background check as required by the board.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Have passion for working with children and young adults.
