Travel School Psychologist - Monroe, MI

A dynamic opportunity is available for experienced School Psychologists to provide travel-based support within Monroe County, Michigan, for the 2026-2027 school year. This role involves working directly onsite across multiple public schools in the area, serving students in grades K-12. The assignment runs from August 12, 2026, through June 2, 2027, offering 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive psychological services to students across several school locations including Monroe Public (2 schools), Dundee, Jefferson, and Airport.
  • Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and collaborate with educators and families to support student success.
  • Maintain compliance with state regulations and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Travel between assigned school locations to provide onsite services efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Michigan School Psychologist license (verification required).
  • Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools and psychological interventions.
  • Ability to effectively manage travel between school sites.
  • Commitment to onsite presence; virtual or remote services are not accepted.
