What You'll Do

In this role, you'll be an important part of both the clinical and front office experience:

• Assist with patient intake and rooming (check-in/check-out)
• Document patient visits in EMR
• Answer calls and schedule appointments
• Prepare patient charts and track lab results
• Coordinate with other medical offices
• Process medical records requests
• Travel to clinic locations with providers (mileage reimbursed)
• Support daily clinic operations as needed

No two days are exactly the same; you'll stay engaged while making a real impact on patient care.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in customer service or a medical setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with computers and EMR systems
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred (but not required):

• Coursework or certification in healthcare, communications, or customer service

We're willing to train the right candidate with a great attitude and desire to learn.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Locations & Travel

We serve patients across multiple locations:

• 3 offices in the Kansas City Metro
• 1 in Clinton, MO
• 1 in Warrensburg, MO

Travel to all locations is required (mileage reimbursed). Enjoy variety in your workweek while supporting providers across the region.
