Experteer Overview In this role you support the primary care team by evaluating and treating patients with mental health and substance use concerns using evidence-based behavioral approaches. You will provide brief assessments, interventions, and onsite consultation to address psychiatric and psychosocial needs and promote health behavior change. You work with individuals, groups, and families to apply evidence-based behavioral interventions in a collaborative, care-driven setting. You will help advance integrated behavioral health within the care team and contribute to a mission-focused, patient-centered culture. Compensation / Benefits • Evaluate patients using DSM criteria and provide brief assessment and intervention • Deliver brief psychotherapy using modalities such as crisis intervention, cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, family, marital, and supportive approaches • Provide onsite consultation to primary care teams regarding psychiatric/psychosocial concerns and health behavior change • Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions to individuals, groups, and families in an integrated care setting Tasks • Maintains Clinical Education requirements to maintain licensure • At least two years of clinical experience in behavioral health • License in California to practice independently is preferred upon hire (CA-licensure as preferred) • Spanish language clinical services is a preferred skill to meet local community needs Key requirements • 401(k) with employer match • medical, dental, vision insurance • life insurance • disability insurance • paid parental leave and vacations • well-being resources
