- Medical Nutrition Therapy & Care Planning: Deliver comprehensive Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and manage individualized resident nutrition care plans to support health and well-being
- Regulatory Guidance & Compliance: Provide expertise on meal service operations and ensure adherence to all regulatory and accreditation standards
- Menu Development & Innovation: Collaborate on menu planning that reflects wellness trends, nutritional best practices, and resident preferences
- Staff Leadership & Training: Supervise, coach, and train dining and nutrition staff to uphold quality standards and enhance resident satisfaction
- Quality & Performance Improvement: Participate in quality assurance and satisfaction initiatives aimed at continuously improving nutrition services and overall care
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
- Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
- 1+ year of senior living experience preferred
- Supervisory experience and ServSafe® certification desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, diet office systems, and nutrient analysis programs
