We’re seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or experienced behavior technician to join our mission-driven team. You’ll work directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans, build meaningful skills, and support families in their natural environments.

What You’ll Do:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans under remote BCBA supervision.
• Provide ABA services in clients’ natural environments — home, daycare, and preschool settings.
• Collect accurate data on client progress and communicate observations to your BCBA supervisor.
• Collaborate professionally with families, caregivers, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all professional activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• A current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or a Behavior Technician (BT) with at least one year of ABA experience who is interested in pursuing RBT certification — training and support provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred).
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental needs preferred.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to helping children grow and succeed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel to client homes or community settings within the Greater Denver area.
• Willingness to receive remote supervision from a BCBA.
