Duties

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will serve as our clinical supervisor and oversight provider. This is a contractor position ideal for a BCBA looking to make a meaningful impact in an early childhood community setting.
Responsibilities include:
∙ Providing clinical oversight and supervision for ABA programs
∙ Developing and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans
∙ Conducting functional behavior assessments
∙ Supervising behavior technicians
∙ Communicating with families and daycare staff
∙ Maintaining documentation in compliance with insurance requirements

Requirements

Current BCBA certification in good standing with BACB
∙ California LABA licensure or eligible to obtain
∙ Experience working with early childhood population ages 2-6
∙ Experience in community or daycare settings preferred
∙ Strong communication and collaboration skills
∙ Reliable transportation — services delivered on-site at facilities in Los Angeles
